Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Pezwaan tags still attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
